Today was day 2 on my squat challenge! all day i have felt my muscles in my legs so i was dreading doing the 55 squats today, i really thought i would struggle but i found it quite easy, i was doing them in reps of 10,
i managed to do all 55 squats in 3.11 seconds. i can honestly say i am enjoying this challenge so far, i know it is only my second day but i really want to stick in at this challenge, there will be nothing more rewarding than completing this challenge and having a much nicer shape bum haha!
