Pussy Doll Palace

A few months ago I had a huge hair disaster and was desperately looking for a quick trick to make my hair look stunning for a family party, I looked high and low and couldn't find anything until I found a website called pussy doll palace. I bought a 3/4 hair piece and was very unsure how it would look or fit and if it would look fake/tacky but I am so shocked and blown away with the item. I bought the three quarter original in Cheryl espresso brown it matched perfect with my hair and was so easy to use, I have wore it nearly everyday since I bought it 9 weeks ago and it is still in perfect condition, I have never had anyone guess it is a 3/4 hair piece everyone thinks I have gorgeous hair with fabulous style I am always getting compliments on my hair every time I am out and it really boosts my confidence. 

Pussy doll palace has a shop in Newcastle and in Sunderland and has the website (which I buy off as I live 60miles away from Newcastle) I rate this company 10/10 they have super fast delivery, my parcel came in a cute pink bag rather than a standard brown bag which I thought was a great detail, they have some fabulous clothes and stunning shoes, house phones and mobile cases, wigs, other hair accessories, jewellery honestly the list goes on and on. I defiantly advise other girls out there to go and check them out you won't be disappointed. 

I am just about to change my hair colour again and I 100% will be going out and buying another 3/4 hair piece but this time I think I will try the premium. I am looking forward to trying on my new style next week. Thank you again everyone at Pussy Doll Palace your doing an amazing job, just what we needed in the North East.

30 Day Squat Challenge

Today was day 2 on my squat challenge! all day i have felt my muscles in my legs so i was dreading doing the 55 squats today, i really thought i would struggle but i found it quite easy, i was doing them in reps of 10, 

i managed to do all 55 squats in 3.11 seconds. i can honestly say i am enjoying this challenge so far, i know it is only my second day but i really want to stick in at this challenge, there will be nothing more rewarding than completing this challenge and having a much nicer shape bum haha!

30 Day Squat Challenge

So today i started the 30 day squat challenge, i thought it was about time i start to get my body into shape and what better way to start than doing the 30 day challenge. i done my 50 squats at 3pm and already i can feel the muscles in my legs when i walk around and in my stomach.

when i look at day 30 i dread to think how i could possibly manage to do 250 squats haha but hopefully by then my body will be used to it :)

i have a holiday booked for the end of October and would love to ideally loose 3 stone by then, i know it is 7 months away just now and that is plenty of time i just hope i can keep the motivation up. obviously i don't mean i want to loose 3 stone by just doing squats i will also be cutting back on carbs and doing a lot of walking with my dogs and doing various exercises at home. fingers crossed :)

if anyone has done the 30 day squat challenge please let me know as i would love to know what results you got.
